During SpeedBump lil d, local artists show their work in their studios or at temporary exhibition spaces. This is a great opportunity to meet artists in person and talk to them about their work. In the past, we have had hands on activities and performances. This one day event is open to the public.

What is the difference between an Artist and a Space application?

If you are an artist wanting to show your work, fill out an artist application. If you have a space in Denton you’d like to offer for artists to use during SpeedBump lil d, fill out a space application.

If I was an artist last year, can I apply again?

Where can I find a map of each location?

A map of artist studio and exhibition spaces will be posted closer to time of the event.

Can I purchase artwork from artists?

Artists may or may not decide to have work for sale. Please talk to the individual artist to find out more information about their work.
