Shipping & Returns
Please allow 10 business days for the production of your item, plus 2-3 days for US shipping. You will receive an email with the tracking number when your package has shipped. International orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. International customs charges vary by country and package and are the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller.
We will address lost packages on a case by case basis. Items that are indicated as delivered successfully via tracking info will not be replaced. Please let us know ASAP if you have given an outdated or incorrect address. An item sent to the wrong address will usually be returned to us and will be reshipped at the expense of the buyer.
We strive to cultivate a happy community! If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your order, we will happily issue you a refund. Please email email@example.com with your intention to return within 3 days. Drop your return in the mail within 20 days of receiving. We will issue you a refund when we receive your order and verify it’s new condition. If the item is damaged or defective, we will issue you a pre-paid shipping label, but otherwise you will be responsible for the cost of shipping your return. We cannot accept returns for custom items.
